Works with four federal technical assistance centers, providing direct support to behavioral health organizations, systems of care (SOC), and the legal and education sectors to ensure policies and practices center marginalized voices. Engages in research and evaluation to assess health equity gaps and develop data-driven, inclusive solutions for employees and communities.

6. Commitment to Continuous Learning and Advocacy

A4C authored blogs for state and federal government-funded technical assistant centers on topics like organizational development, conflict resolution, and leadership support, ensuring accessibility to best practices. Co-authored an anthology focused on changing toxic workspaces, providing guidance for Black women and other marginalized employees navigating workplace challenges. Regularly updates its training models and resources to reflect emerging trends in DEI, trauma-informed leadership, and equitable organizational change.
